According to the Wesley Study Bible, John Wesley understood the Kingdom of God as a condition of the soul rather than a political entity.

Mark 14:15b "The time is fulfilled and the kingdom of God has come near, repent, and believe in the good news."

Now the time is here, we are in the Kingdom of God, we serve a living God, who was, is and is to come...

Repent today and build a relationship with Christ Jesus.  Let His Holy Spirit dwell in you and let the kingdom be a condition of your soul.
